Sweet and Spicy Mustard Glazed Chicken Wings

These chicken wings can make a nice change from your standard buffalo wings. The combination of sweet and spicy in this recipe is truly delicious.

Ingredients

Five pounds of whole chicken wings

Quarter of a cup of Dijon Mustard

Quarter of a cup of Yellow Mustard

Half a cup of honey

One tablespoon of vinegar

Two tablespoons of gluten free hot sauce

Salt

Half a cup of honey

Half a teaspoon of black pepper

Cayenne pepper

Preparation

Pre heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. IF needed you should cut the whole wings into two pieces and remove the tips. Cover the wings with foil and then spray with non-stick oil. Add a little salt and then lay the wings out on the baking pan. Bake the wings for approximately twenty minutes. Once they have cooked take them out and then turn them over. Continue to cook for about another twenty minutes or until they have been cooked all the way through.

During the cooking you should start to work on the sauce. Mix up all the ingredients that you have not yet used in a large bowl. Sample the sauce and if it needs it add a little more spice to the recipe. Once the wings have been cooked it is time to move them to the bowl. Toss the wings with a spatula in order to completely coat them. Allow the mix to sit for about five minutes and then try tossing again. This will allow the sauce to completely absorb in the wings. They can now be served to your guests.

This delicious recipe for corn fritters is a real taste treat. But not only is very tasty it is also incredibly simple to make. Once you have the batter made it only takes a couple of minutes to create tasty corn fritters which make for great finger food.

A can of creamed corn

One egg

One and half teaspoons of baking powder

Directions
